Ray Ann Cacheria is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Ryan, where she leads the Firm’s global IT organization and governs the strategy that strengthens and modernizes the enterprise’s digital infrastructure and enterprise applications. Based in the Plano office, she oversees application development, infrastructure, and IT governance, ensuring Ryan’s technology capabilities support operational excellence and deliver a seamless, trusted experience for clients and team members.

With deep experience leading IT functions across the medical information, healthcare, insurance, and retail and transportation sectors, Ray Ann has guided complex organizations through significant modernization and growth.
