Lee Spirer is a seasoned executive and transformational leader with deep experience guiding professional services and data- and technology-enabled businesses through growth, digital transformation, and value creation. As president and chief executive officer of J.S. Held, LLC, he drives the firm’s strategic direction while building scalable, high-impact services aligned to evolving client needs. Lee brings a board-level perspective shaped by decades of working closely with investors, management teams, and boards across both public and private companies.
Lee’s career spans senior leadership roles focused on strategy execution, operational performance, and disciplined expansion. Prior to J.S. Held, he served as an executive-in-residence at Warburg Pincus, advising on business services investments, and previously held CEO and senior operating roles at CIBT Global and Navigant, where he led significant growth initiatives, acquisitions and divestitures, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. Lee also contributes to nonprofit governance and academic instruction, serving on the board of the Yorkville Youth Athletic Association and lecturing on corporate strategy and transformation.
