Ginny B. Kissling is Global President and Chief Operating Officer for Ryan, based at the Firm’s Plano headquarters. She leads U.S., Canada, and Latin America service delivery and sales operations and oversees Global Shared Services, ensuring Ryan’s operating model consistently supports growth, efficiency, and exceptional client outcomes. Ginny partners closely with the Firm’s leadership team to execute strategic initiatives that strengthen performance across the Firm while maintaining rigorous standards of quality and accountability.

With a career spanning more than three decades at Ryan, Ginny brings deep institutional knowledge and nationally recognized expertise in state and local taxation. She joined the Firm as its first intern and has held a series of increasingly senior leadership roles, including President of U.S. Operations. A sought-after speaker, Ginny is a trusted voice across the industry, earning multiple honors for executive excellence and women’s leadership. Her approach is defined by hands-on client engagement, operational discipline, and a sustained commitment to building a culture grounded in trust, service, and results.
