Brian Vincent is a Principal based in the Firm’s Charlotte office. He advises multinational organizations on international transfer pricing, audit and controversy defense, and tax-efficient supply chain planning. Brian works closely with clients across a wide range of industries to design and defend transfer pricing policies that align with business operations, regulatory expectations, and financial reporting requirements.
Brian brings deep experience supporting complex transfer pricing matters, including advance pricing agreement negotiations, business restructurings, and post-acquisition integration and harmonization efforts. His work frequently involves developing economic models and authoring technical reports addressing profit-split analyses, intangible asset valuations, restructured supply chains, and transfer pricing due diligence. In addition, Brian assists clients in identifying and evaluating transfer pricing risk and uncertainty for interim and annual tax provisions, including compliance with FIN 48/ASC 740-10 and IRS Schedule of Uncertain Tax Positions. He is recognized for his rigorous analytical approach and his ability to translate complex economic concepts into practical guidance for tax and finance leaders.
