Allea Newbold is a Principal in Ryan’s Credits and Incentives Consulting practice, serving clients from the Firm’s Tampa and Orlando offices. She advises organizations on the identification, negotiation, and implementation of credits and incentives programs that support capital investment, operational expansion, and long-term growth. Her work spans a broad range of incentive tools, including property tax abatements, NMTC, sales tax refunds, cash grants, and tax increment financing. Her industry expertise includes datacenters, commercial, and industrial properties.
With extensive experience across both public accounting and consulting environments, Allea brings a comprehensive and technically grounded perspective to credits and incentives engagements. In addition to negotiating incentive programs, her background includes federal tax consulting, accounting methods, capitalization studies, and accounting for income taxes under ASC 740. Known for her practical, results-driven approach, Allea partners closely with clients to structure compliant, sustainable incentive strategies aligned with business objectives. She is also an active contributor to professional education through frequent speaking engagements for industry and professional organizations.
