Adam Rupp is a Principal in Ryan’s Sales and Use Tax practice, based in the Firm’s King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office. He leads and supports multijurisdictional transaction tax engagements, advising clients on sales and use tax compliance, audit defense, planning, and recovery strategies across complex and evolving state tax environments.
With more than 19 years of state and local tax consulting experience, Adam brings deep technical knowledge and a strong client-service focus to his work. He supports clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, construction aggregates, consumer products, healthcare, transportation, and logistics. Known for his practical, solution-oriented approach, Adam helps organizations identify tax savings opportunities, minimize risk, and implement sustainable processes. He is also actively involved in mentoring and developing teams while building long-term client relationships that support Ryan’s continued growth.
