Overview
Brooke Keene serves as Chief Experience Officer, leading the Firm’s Experience Management department, responsible for shaping and advancing experiences across clients, team members, and taxing authorities. In this role, Brooke drives an integrated, enterprise-wide approach that strengthens relationships, improves outcomes, and supports the Firm’s long-term growth strategy.
With a background in accounting and taxation, Brooke brings a deep understanding of both technical excellence and operational execution to the Firm’s initiatives. She partners closely with Firm leadership and cross-functional teams to align experience strategy with business objectives, leveraging insights, feedback, and data to continuously enhance stakeholder engagement.

Education and Qualifications
Master of Science, Accounting (Emphasis in Taxation), The University of Texas at Dallas
Bachelor of Science, Accounting, The University of Texas at Dallas
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Licensed in Texas (Ryan is not a CPA firm.)
Member, Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA)
