Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

Please use this Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) form to submit a request regarding any Personal Information that Ryan, LLC or its affiliates (“Ryan”) process in their capacity as a data controller.

Important Information Before Submitting Your Request

1. When Ryan can fulfill your request

Ryan can only respond directly to DSARs where we process your Personal Information as a controller, meaning we determine how, why, and what Personal Information is processed for Ryan’s own business purposes. Examples include:

Information relating to your interactions with Ryan platforms
Information you provide when engaging directly with Ryan
Information collected through Ryan-managed websites, portals, or tools

2. When Ryan cannot fulfill your request directly

Ryan also provides services to corporate clients and customers. In many engagements, Ryan processes Personal Information on behalf of our clients and customers, who act as the controller. Examples include:

Employee or customer records provided to Ryan by a client or customer
Data processed strictly under a client or customer contract
Information that Ryan accesses solely for the purpose of performing a service on the client’s or customer’s instructions

In these cases, Ryan cannot fulfill your DSAR directly. Instead, we will:

Inform you that the relevant client or customer is the controller, and
Forward your request to the client or customer, where appropriate, so they may respond in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You may also contact the client or customer directly for fastest resolution.

3. Identity verification

Ryan may require you to verify your identity before we can complete your request. This helps ensure that we do not disclose Personal Information to anyone who is not entitled to receive it.

4. Clarifying or narrowing your request

If your request is unclear or overly broad, we may ask you to clarify or limit the scope so that we can respond efficiently and accurately.
