Sylvain Thibeault is a Principal in Ryan’s Montreal office, where he specializes in providing sales and use tax consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries. In addition to his advisory work, he serves as Lead of the Graduate Microprogram in Commodity Taxes and as a Lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke. Sylvain is a frequent speaker for Ryan clients and professional organizations and has authored numerous technical publications, including co-authoring a reference guide on the application of the goods and service tax (GST) and Quebec sales tax (QST) for public health and social services institutions in the Province of Quebec.
