Anti-slavery policy. Ryan maintains a UK Modern Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. It sets forth the organization’s stance on modern slavery and explains how team members can identify any instances of this and where they can go for help.
Recruitment protocols. We operate a robust recruitment protocol, including conducting eligibility to work in the UK checks for all Ryan team members to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
Code of Conduct. This code explains the manner in which we behave as an organization and how we expect our team members and suppliers to act. The Code of Conduct includes a “whistleblowing protection”, so all team members know concerns can be raised about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals or retaliation.
