He provides valuation, appeal, and transaction tax planning services across a wide range of industries, helping organizations achieve defensible, market-aligned outcomes.
Shawn brings significant experience with both state- and locally assessed property, including going-concern assets such as hospitality, resorts, retail, healthcare, assisted living, and data centers, as well as office, warehouse, manufacturing, and multifamily properties. His background spans property tax consulting, legal advisory, and public accounting, enabling him to integrate valuation, legal, and financial perspectives when addressing complex property tax challenges. Shawn is known for his analytical rigor, practical judgment, and strong client advocacy.
