Over his career, Ed has achieved property assessment reductions totaling billions of dollars and has reduced thousands of property tax bills across diverse asset classes. His experience spans major office towers, shopping centers, big box retail, industrial and warehousing facilities, airports, and other specialty properties. He has appeared as both advocate and expert witness before multiple municipal and provincial appeal boards, advancing landmark positions that have influenced valuation standards and assessment practices. In addition to his advisory work, Ed is an active leader within the real estate community, contributing to industry advocacy, publishing annual property assessment reports, and serving in board and committee roles that represent the interests of major commercial taxpayers across British Columbia.
