Zach Levitt is a private equity investor with deep experience in portfolio oversight, investment diligence, and value creation across software and business services companies. As a managing director at Onex Partners, he brings a disciplined, analytical perspective informed by active involvement in complex investments and long-term growth strategies. Zach serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Ryan, LLC, where he contributes insight on strategic direction, capital stewardship, and performance oversight.
Since joining Onex, Zach has worked on the firm’s investments in Convex; Imagine Learning; PowerSchool; Ryan, LLC; Ryan Specialty; and Unanet. He currently serves on the boards of Ryan, LLC; Imagine Learning; PowerSchool; and Unanet. Prior to Onex, Zach worked in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising private equity firms on acquisition and financing transactions. A certified public accountant, his board contributions are characterized by strong financial acumen, thoughtful governance, and a focus on sustainable, long-term value creation.
