Her experience spans compliance, advisory, and asset recovery engagements, with a focus on practical solutions that align regulatory obligations with business objectives.
With more than 18 years of unclaimed property experience and over 13 years at Ryan, Sonja brings deep technical expertise across the retail, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, and energy industries. She works directly with state administrators to resolve complex issues efficiently. Recognized as a thought leader, Sonja frequently speaks at industry events and has published articles on emerging unclaimed property issues. Her leadership is based on trust built through preparation, transparency, and follow-through, and she brings that mindset to every engagement.
