Overview

Scott Wilson is Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer for Ryan, where he leads the Firm’s process and project management teams and drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Based at Ryan’s Plano headquarters, Scott is responsible for shaping long-term strategic direction and translating strategy into execution that accelerates growth and improves operational effectiveness across the Firm.

With more than two decades of experience as a strategic, financial, and operational leader, Scott has built a career aligning people, processes, and platforms around clear strategies that deliver measurable results. Prior to joining Ryan, he served as Chief Underwriting (Investment) Officer at The Beneficient Company Group, where he built a technology-enabled business unit and introduced digital processes that dramatically reduced transaction timelines while delivering strong investment returns. Earlier in his career, Scott led strategy and a $1 billion private equity portfolio at Highland Capital Management and advised Fortune 500 companies on growth and operational excellence at McKinsey & Company. His leadership is defined by disciplined execution, accountability, and a focus on building scalable organizations.
