Sandra Cawley

Overview

Sandra Cawley serves as Principal and Region Leader of Valuation at Ryan, leading the Firm’s Valuation and Consulting practice across Canada. She advises landowners, developers, government entities, and financial institutions on complex valuation and development matters that support informed decision-making.

With deep experience across commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, Sandra specializes in GST self-assessment, bonus density and community amenity contribution negotiations, and development consulting. She is a recognized expert witness before the British Columbia Supreme Court and a frequent industry presenter, including for the British Columbia Real Estate Forum and Lambda Alpha International. Sandra also brings extensive governance experience through board and advisory roles with leading real estate and public institutions and is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and Lambda Alpha International.
