Ravi Shrivastava is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Data Officer for Ryan, where he serves as the strategic owner of the Firm’s digital assets. Based in the Firm’s New York office, he brings together product, engineering, data/AI, CIO, and CISO organizations to deliver a unified technology vision that supports innovation, scalability, and long-term growth.

With more than 30 years of experience as a business and technology leader, Ravi has built and led global product, engineering, and data organizations within complex financial services and capital markets environments. He is recognized for executing strategy through product innovation, enterprise modernization, and people-focused leadership, including post-merger integration and large-scale platform transformation. Ravi’s approach blends deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, enabling organizations to modernize systems, scale global capabilities, and sustain competitive advantage.
