Nikhil Krishnan is a private markets investor with experience in structured capital solutions, portfolio oversight, and value creation across private equity-backed and founder-led businesses. As a managing director at Neuberger Berman and member of the Capital Solutions investment team, he focuses on structuring bespoke financing solutions aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
Since joining Neuberger Berman in 2012, Nikhil has been involved in building the firm’s Capital Solutions strategy, supporting investments across a range of companies. His prior experience includes private equity investing at Credit Suisse within the Strategic Partners group, where he focused on secondary investments. Nikhil currently serves on the boards of Mariner Wealth Advisors, Nord Anglia, FDH Aerospace, and HSI. His contributions are characterized by strong financial acumen, disciplined execution, and a focus on long-term value creation.
