With nearly two decades of experience in credits and incentives consulting, Melissa brings deep expertise across a wide range of incentive tools, including New Markets Tax Credits, property tax abatements, sales tax refunds, and land and cash grants. She is widely recognized for her ability to structure and execute incentive packages tailored to client-specific business objectives and site selection strategies. A Certified Credits and Incentives Professional (CCIP) and recipient of Ryan’s Innovatus award, Melissa is also a frequent speaker and thought leader on credits, incentives, and economic development topics, contributing to professional education through industry conferences and client programs nationwide.
