He leads property tax management services across Atlantic Canada, overseeing valuation, assessment, appeals, and compliance for complex commercial property portfolios across all four Atlantic provinces.

With deep experience spanning public sector assessment, professional services, and appraisal consulting, Mathieu brings a balanced and highly practical perspective to property tax strategy. He is recognized for his strong market knowledge and leadership within the Atlantic Canadian real estate community and regularly advises property owners, investors, and operators on defensible property tax outcomes. Mathieu is an active industry contributor through speaking, professional leadership, and governance roles that support best practices in property valuation and taxation.
