Mark is a prolific author and recognized thought leader on state and local tax matters. He has written extensively on tax developments, authored two Bloomberg Tax portfolios—State Corporate Income Tax: General Principles and Income Taxes: State Tax Credits and Incentives—and is frequently quoted by national news outlets on state and local tax issues. He also plays an active leadership role in advancing the profession through education and advisory service.
