Marcus A. Capouano serves as a Principal in Ryan’s Real Property Tax practice, where he delivers property tax consulting solutions for commercial real estate clients. He leads complex valuation and appeal strategies across Florida markets and supports national engagements requiring deep technical expertise and consistent execution.

Marcus serves as Ryan’s Florida Commercial Real Estate Property Tax Team Leader, overseeing teams across Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. He is also the national leader for the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Timeshare Valuation practice. Active in the commercial real estate community, Marcus maintains professional involvement with organizations including the American Resort Development Association, the Florida Apartment Association, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. With extensive experience across hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, and specialized asset classes, he is known for his disciplined approach, strong client advocacy, and ability to manage large, multijurisdictional property tax portfolios.
