Julia works closely with clients and Ryan colleagues to navigate evolving statutory requirements and deliver consistent, defensible outcomes across jurisdictions.

With more than 20 years of experience in unclaimed property consulting and compliance, Julia brings deep institutional knowledge and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to client service. Her work spans all U.S. reporting jurisdictions and Canadian provinces and includes audit defense, policy and procedure development, best-practice advisory, and training. She has served both large and mid-sized organizations across industries, including healthcare, broker-dealer services, manufacturing, and publishing. In addition, Julia’s background includes management consulting experience and international engagement work, supported by her fluency in German and Spanish. Her leadership emphasizes clarity, practicality, and disciplined execution, ensuring clients receive trusted guidance and sustainable compliance outcomes.
