Jesse Noneman is a Principal and Vice Practice Leader in Ryan’s Complex Property Tax practice, based in the Firm’s Indianapolis office. He works closely with some of the world’s largest organizations to address complex property tax challenges, partnering with Ryan’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored, defensible solutions that align with each client’s risk profile and business priorities.

With extensive experience in property tax consulting and leadership roles at national firms, Jesse brings deep technical knowledge and a practical, results-driven approach to client service. His experience spans complex and centrally assessed property, including electric utilities, pipelines, water infrastructure, telecommunications, industrial facilities, and mining operations. Known for his collaborative leadership style and technical depth, Jesse focuses on aligning valuation, compliance, and appeal strategies to help clients manage exposure and achieve consistent outcomes across jurisdictions.
