Garry guides strategic priorities, service delivery, and technical quality, working closely with clients and Ryan colleagues to navigate complex tax matters and achieve meaningful outcomes.
With more than 30 years of consulting experience, including 28 years with Ryan, Garry brings deep institutional knowledge and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to client service. While his background includes extensive experience in Canadian indirect tax, his work today spans all Firm practice areas, advising alongside subject matter experts to identify and implement comprehensive tax recovery and risk mitigation solutions. A recognized authority in Canadian indirect tax, Garry contributes extensively to the profession through both speaking and published work, including the CPA Commodity Tax Symposium and Tax Executives Institute. His leadership emphasizes clarity, practicality, and disciplined execution, ensuring clients receive trusted guidance and stronger tax outcomes.
