David Pustejovsky is a Principal in Ryan’s Excise Tax practice, based in the Firm’s Dallas office. He provides specialized advisory and consulting services across motor fuels and excise tax, as well as sales and use tax, helping clients navigate complex, multijurisdictional transaction tax obligations with accuracy and confidence.
David brings deep experience supporting clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, chemical processing, oil and gas, retail, aviation, common carriers, and financial services. His work spans tax research and analysis, overpayment reviews, audit support, and compliance and process evaluations. In addition to client service, David plays an active role in Ryan’s professional development initiatives, contributing to the design and delivery of internal technical training and sharing practical insights that strengthen the Firm’s transaction tax capabilities.
