Brent Bowman is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in corporate and operational finance across technology companies. As chief financial officer of PowerSchool, he brings a disciplined financial perspective shaped by more than 30 years of leadership across public and private organizations, with a focus on driving growth, improving performance, and building scalable finance functions.
Prior to joining PowerSchool, Brent served as chief financial officer of Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV), where he led finance, investor relations, treasury, legal, and corporate development during a period of significant growth, including the company’s transition to a Public Benefit Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial leadership roles at [24]7.ai, Intel, Altera, and Sun Microsystems. Brent began his career at Ernst & Young (EY) and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in the state of California. His contributions are characterized by strong financial discipline, operational insight, and a focus on long-term value creation.
