Overview
Andy Jurkowski is an accomplished private equity executive with deep expertise in investment management and enabling long‑term value creation. As a managing director in the Ares Private Equity Group and a member of the Value Creation Team, he brings a disciplined investor perspective shaped by more than two decades of experience in complex transactional, strategic, and operational environments.
Andy serves on the Board of Managers of Ryan, LLC, providing strategic oversight on capital allocation, growth initiatives, talent development, and operational performance. He also serves on the board of the parent entity of Kuecker Pulse Integration and works closely with several other Ares portfolio companies, primarily within the professional and industrial services sectors.
Since joining Ares in 2006, Andy has played a central role in supporting and advancing portfolio companies across a wide range of industries. He partners with management teams to drive strategic clarity, accelerate growth, and enhance operational and financial performance. His earlier career includes private equity investing at Madison Dearborn Partners and advisory work in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he focused on complex transactions and corporate restructurings.
