Overview
Amir is a private equity investor with deep experience in business services, portfolio oversight, capital formation, and value creation across global organizations. As a senior member of Onex Partners, he leads the firm’s efforts in the Business Services sector and brings a disciplined investment perspective shaped by active involvement in complex transactions and long-term growth strategies. Amir serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Ryan, LLC, where he contributes insight on strategic direction, capital allocation, and performance oversight.
Since joining Onex Partners, Amir has worked on investments including Ryan, LLC; RES; ASM Global; Clarivate Analytics; Emerald Expositions; Advanced Integration Technology; and BBAM. He currently serves on the boards of Ryan, LLC; Newport Healthcare; and RES and previously served on the boards of ASM Global, Clarivate Analytics, Emerald Expositions, Advanced Integration Technology, and BBAM. Prior to Onex, Amir worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., advising corporations on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. His board contributions are characterized by strong financial acumen, thoughtful governance, and a focus on sustainable long-term value creation.
