He advises on complex incentive strategies that support industrial development, expansion, and emissions reduction initiatives across diverse geographic markets. Michael also co-leads Ryan’s Data Center Economic Development team, which regularly helps place more than 20 gigawatts of future site capacity in any given year.
Michael brings extensive experience managing multi-state credits and incentives engagements, with project work spanning more than 40 states. He is known for his ability to align client investment objectives with state and local economic development programs, delivering disciplined execution from strategy through negotiation and award. Michael is also a frequent speaker on credits and incentives topics and contributes to industry dialogue through presentations for various industry and tax organizations.
